What shipping options do I have? We offer the following shipping methods for all orders within the United States:
- Express Shipping (3-6 business days): $20
- Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 (on qualifying orders)
- Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10

How long will my order take to arrive? Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Note: Business days are Monday–Friday (excluding US holidays). Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We provide Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days) on qualifying orders. The threshold will be shown automatically in your cart.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States.
What if my package is delayed or lost? Please contact us with your tracking number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also check it anytime in your account under “Order History”.
Are your lamps high quality? Yes. All our decorative lights are made with premium materials, undergo strict quality checks, and many are energy-efficient.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Please contact us first for a return authorization. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
What if my lamp arrives damaged? Take clear photos of the item and packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund quickly.
